摘　　要：文章对容积计量多喷板智能喷脂润滑系统的原理、容积式流量传感器工作原理、多喷板的控制过程、喷脂润滑系统的控制过程等进行了论述,指出该系统操作简单,可靠性高,易于维护,并且实现了一机多控、流量检测和给油量控制。Introduction and analysis are done for the theory with volume measurement, working principle of volumetric the spray lipid lubrication system controlling process. It is 10 security,easy repairing, which realizes the multiple machine cont of the multiple jet plate spray lipid lubrication system flow sensor, multiple jet plate controlling process,and ointed out that this system is easy to operate with high rolling, volume measurement and oil volume controlling.
