摘 要:三峡工程承担防洪、发电、航运和枯期向下游补水等综合利用任务,其综合利用效益显著。工程运用以来的水库综合利用调度技术研究与实践证明,水库调度运用是规划目标实现的重要手段,通过调度运用不断完善和提升规划思想,用科学发展观的规划理念,指导实时调度方案的制定,可以全面提高三峡水库综合利用效益。本文主要通过对防洪规划的认识,基于水库蓄水以来的运用实践,结合其他综合利用任务,对三峡工程防洪规划与综合利用调度技术进行初步的探讨。The efficiency of muhiple uses is quite significant for Three Gorges project that undertakes several tasks, such as flood control, power generation, navigation and water feed to the lower reach in dry period. Since the implementation of this project, research and application of the technology of multiple uses regulation has proved that reservoir regulation is important to realize the planning target. The efficiency of multiple uses can be increased overall through improving regulation methods gradually and adopting planning ideas consistent with scientific development outlook in formulating the real-time regulation schemes. This paper presents a preliminary study of flood control planning and multiple uses regulation for Three Gorges project.
