摘 要:三峡水库漂污问题是三峡工程运行的关键技术之一,在工程不同设计阶段及运行阶段均有研究,提出了许多有价值成果。本文综述国内外水库治漂现状,分析三峡水库漂源与蓄水及洪水特性的关系;系统论述三峡工程排漂设施的设计研究成果,付诸工程实践的综合治漂措施效果;同时提出了加强源头控制、完善有关法规标准,从根本上解决三峡漂浮物问题的建议。Flotsam elimination is one of the key technologies for the operation of Three Gorges reservoir, it was studied at all the project development phases from design to operation, and some meaningful results were achieved. First, this paper gives an overview of the practices of reservoir flotsam elimination and a case analysis for the Three Gorges reservoir focusing on the flotsam sources and its relation with the storage level and flood characteristic. Second, the flotsam spill study and design for the Three Gorges project are summarized, which shows that the effect of a comprehensive measure of flotsam control is quite good. Third, the paper recommends the method of tackling the flotsam root cause, such as controlling the sources and enhancing the regulatory standards.
