摘　　要：生产工艺是影响铅酸蓄电池质量和性能的关键因素,成本压力下的生产工艺改进改变了蓄电池内部微观结构,直接影响蓄电池的使用特性。为了达到规范约定的电池使用寿命,需要修正直流开关电源缺省电池管理参数,并尽量避免深放电。The process is the key factor to influenc VRLA battery＇s quality and performance. The process improvement based on cost reduction changes the battery＇s internal micro-structure and affects directly the battery＇s characteristics. In order to reach the battery service life as specified by the standards, the default battery management parameters need to be changed and avoid deep discharging.
