移动大模板在船坞大面积衬砌墙施工中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了移动大模板的设计原则、依据,对模板的主要受力体系进行了结构验算及变型验算,提出了模板加工及施工过程中应注意的问题,分析了移动大模板在施工大面积直立墙方面的优势。应用结果显示,采用移动模板施工,节省人工、材料、机械台班,加快施工进度,功效提高1倍以上,有较好的应用前景。This paper introduces the main design principles and design basis of removable large-size formworks; makes a structure calculation to the main stress system, puts forward the questions which shall be given great attention during the formwork processing and construction; and analyzes the advantage of the portable large size formwork apphed for the large area upright wall construction. The application results show that, using removable formworks for construction can save labor, materials, machine-team, speed up the construction progress, achieve more than double efficiency and has good application prospects.
