环磷酰胺脱毛剂对羊毛生长和毛囊发育影响的超微结构观察

摘　　要：环磷酰胺是癌症治疗药物，也可用作化学脱毛剂。新疆细毛羊注射环磷酰胺６～８ｄ后开始脱毛，１５ｄ后全部脱落。本文用透射电子显微镜观察了注射环磷酰胺脱毛剂前后毛囊细胞超微结构的变化，并初步探讨了脱毛作用的机理。Cyclophosphamide can be used as an anticarcinogen,it can also be used as chemical defleecing agent for sheep.Wool began to shed 6～8 days after the beginning of injection and completed its defleecing at the end of 15 days.The follicle were examined by transmission electron microscopy prior to injection and at intervals during catagen regression in an attempt to determine the ultrastructural changes involved in follicle involution.The ultrastructures of lower region of both normal wool follicle and wool follicle regression induced by injection of cyclophosphamide have been examined.The mechanism of defleecing action of cyclophosphamide was probably due to wool follicle involution induced by apoptosis.
