海船轮机员适任能力的模糊综合评估研究

摘　　要：根据海船轮机员适任评估大纲的要求,从健康状况、职业技能、心理素质3个方面,提出轮机员适任评估指标体系.基于模糊集合论,采用综合评估法建立了轮机员适任评估模型,能较客观准确反映轮机员适任能力,为轮机员适任评估提供新的方法.This paper proposes an overall competency assessment index system for marine engineers according to the competency assessment standards of marine engineers from the aspects of the physical condition, professional skills and psychological quality of marine engineers. The index system is set up by the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model based on fuzzy set theory. The system has the advantages in reflecting the trainees＇competency and minimi- zing the human interference in the process of assessment and thus provides a new method for competency assessment of marine engineers.
