摘　　要：从目前电气工艺实习教学所存在的问题出发,以培养学生的创新能力和工程实践能力为基本思路.引入高新技术,追求先进性,强调实用性,保持统一性与多样性.改革培训模式,改善实习设施,优化教学内容,改进教学方法和手段.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of electrical crafts practice, then elaborates how to introduce new and high technology into electrical crafts practice to ensure the teaching to have an advanced nature, practicability, unity and diversity, and finally proposes a reform covering innovating training pattern, improving facilities, optimizing teaching contents and improving teaching methods in order to assist students to possess the ability of innovation and practice.
