摘 要:稀土金属La、Ce分离过程中富集的Ca等非稀土金属采用传统的萃取分离和Ca/La在线分离工艺,只能将Ca降至0.05%,不能达到高纯氧化物的要求,文章根据相平衡原理,利用Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+等非稀土杂质与La3+在萃取剂中的萃取平衡差异,提出了P507—磺化煤油—HCl体系,La/Ce、Ca/La联合分离工艺,结果表明,新工艺可使LaCl3萃取液中的Ca2+与非稀土杂质含量降至50μg/g以下;使La2O3的收率提高到97%;而LaCl3的生产成本节约了20%,经济效益十分明显。There have been more and more extensive applications of the rare earth (RE) metals such as lanthanum (La), cerium (Ce) and so on. The content of non-RE metals like calcium (Ca) enriched in the process of La and Ce separations can only be decreased to 0.05 % according to the traditional extraction and Ca/La online separation process, and the oxides with high purity can not be obtained. In the paper, based on phase equilibrium theory and the differences in extraction equilibrium between the non-RE metal ions of Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Zn^2+ and La^3+ in the extractant, P507-sulphonated kerosenne-HCl system and the combined separation process of La/Ce together with Ca/La were introduced. The results showed that, by the use of the new process, the content of Ca^2+ and other non-RE impurities could he decreased to be less than 50 μg/g, and the yield of La2O3 could be enhanced to 97 %, and the production cost was reduced by 20 %, therefore, the notable economic efficiency was achieved.
