摘  要:研究采用消泡剂降低溶液的表面张力,减少泡沫,从而减轻胶粘剂和涂料蒸馏过程的沸溢现象,探讨消泡剂的选择及其对实验结果的影响。试验结果表明,液体石蜡是一种适用于多种涂料和胶粘剂的消泡剂,其加入对样品测定无明显干扰,且有效地减轻了蒸馏过程的沸溢现象,方法准确,简便适用。用于蒸馏测定涂料和胶粘剂中的甲醛,结果满意。Study the use of defoamer to reduce the surface tension of the solution, so as to reduce foam. Adhesives and coatings so as to reduce the boiling over phenomenon of distillation process. To explore the choice of defoamers and their effects on the experimental results. The results showed that, liquid paraffin is a defoamer applied to a variety of coatings and adhesives.The addition of liquid paraffin had no significant interference for the determination of the sample, while effectively reduce the boiling over phenomenon of distillation process. The method is accurate, easy to apply. It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of formaldehyde in coatings and adhesives through distillation.
