摘  要:目的探讨三维塑型钛网在特殊部位颅骨成形中临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析84例颞肌覆盖处颅骨缺损患者的临床资料,其中普通钛网颅骨成形38例,三维塑型钛网颅骨成形46例,对比两组患者术后外观满意度、平均手术时间、术后并发症发生率。结果三维塑型钛网颅骨成形组外观满意度达44/46(95.65%),普通钛网颅骨成形组外观满意度达25/38(65.79%);平均手术时间三维塑型钛网组为45±3.2min,普通钛网组为73±4.5min,;三维塑型钛网组并发症为1/46(0.22%),普通钛网组并发症为4/38(10.53%)。其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三维塑型钛网在颞肌覆盖处颅骨成形中具有重要临床应用价值。Aim To study the value of three-dimension forming titanium mesh in repairing skull defects of special area. Methods 84 patients suffered from temporal muscle chlamyd-skull defect have been cured in our hospital. Normal titanium mesh was performed at 38 patients and three-dimension forming titanium mesh was performed at 46 patients. Operation time, complications rate and satisfactory rate after operation were compared. Results: The operation time of three-dimension forming group was 45±3.2 minutes, which was shorter compared with normal group (73±4.5 minutes, P〈0.01).The satisfactory rate after operation for looking of three-dimension forming group reached 95.65%,higher than normal group(65.79%,P〈0.01). The complications rate after operation of three-dimension forming group was 0.22%,which was lower than that of normal group(10.53%, P〈0.01).Conclusion The three-dimension forming titanium mesh has good clinical value in repairing temporal muscle chlamyd-skull defect.
