摘 要:目的:为保证乌贝肠胃平胶囊的质量,对乌贝肠胃平胶囊制酸力进行检查。方法:采用酸碱中和法,用氢氧化钠(NaOH)滴定液滴定中和乌贝肠胃平胶囊海螵蛸中碳酸钙过剩的盐酸标准溶液,计算得乌贝胃肠平胶囊的制酸力。结果:测得乌贝肠胃平胶囊平均制酸力为27.09 mL/g。结论:乌贝肠胃平胶囊制酸力的检查可有效控制本品质量。本品每1 g消耗盐酸滴定液(0.1 mol/L)不得少于23 mL。Objective: To inspect the acid strength of Wubeichangweiping capsule. Methods: Use the acid-base neutralization method,make the NaOH solution titrate surplus hydrochloric acid standard solution after calcium carbonate in cuttlebone ,gain the acid strength of Wubeichangweiping capsule by calculated. Results :To obtain the average acid strength of Wubeichangweiping capsule by measure is 27. 09 mL/g. Conclusion:The inspection of acid strength about Wubeichangweiping can control effectively the quality of the product. Each gram product consume the bulk of hydrochloric acid solution should not less than 23 mL.
