摘　　要：简要介绍并分析了Windows CE．NET的驱动程序架构，并着重对驱动程序的电源管理功能进行了详细的探讨，包括电源状态的变化以及Activitytimer的使用。最后，针对丌发合理节省移动设备电能，满足设备功能需求的驱动程序，提出了相关的建议。Briefly described the device driver architecture of Windows CE .NET, then emphasize the power management of device driver under WinCE, including the transition of power states and the use of activity timer.
