摘　　要：目的:探讨数字胃肠机排粪造影对出口梗阻性便秘的诊断价值。方法:对40例便秘患者用数字胃肠机作排粪造影检查,观察并测量患者静坐、提肛及力排时肛直角、肛上距、乙耻距、骶直距及肛管长度。结果:数字胃肠机获取图像优良,相关解剖结构及标志点显示清晰,测量准确。全部病例均有不同程度的出口梗阻,表现为直肠前突、会阴下降、直肠粘膜内套叠及耻骨直肠肌痉挛综合征等,常为多种功能性疾病并存。结论:数字胃肠机作排粪造影检查,可准确显示肛管直肠的功能性和器质性病变,对出口梗阻性便秘病因诊断有重要价值。Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of digital defecography for obstructive constipation. Methods ： Forty patients with constipation underwent the examination by direct digital defecography and were measured concerning the anorectal angle, the distance between the anoreetal junction and the puboeoccygeal line （ DUAC ） , the distance between the sigmoid colon and the pubococcygeal line（DSPC） and the depth of anal canal,with analysis of the involved anorectal structure and function during resting,lifting and defecating. Results： The direct digital defecography could demonstrate excellent image and exact measurement of the involved anatomic structure and mark. The total 40 patients with constipation were found obstructed outlet obstruction to a certain extent,with such syndrome as rectocele （ RC ） , descended perineum, internal rectal intussusception and spastic puborectalis muscle. This obstructive constipation was frequently complicated with a variety of intestinal dysfunction. Conclusion ： The digital defecography is of great value in diagnosis of obstructive constipation, for it can exactly expose the anorectal structure lesion with functional or organic one.
