摘　　要：目的：探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干闭合性骨折的临床应用技术和疗效。方法：本组20例胫骨干新鲜闭合性骨折，全部进行闭合复位交锁髓内钉静力性固定治疗。结果：经8至20个月随访，骨折全部愈合，按Klemm功能恢复分级标准，17例优，3例良。结论：闭合复位交锁髓内钉是治疗胫骨干闭合性骨折的理想方法。Objective： Closed reduction and intramedullary nail in treatment of closed fractures of tibial shaft and efficacy of clinical application technology. Methods： There were 20 cases of fresh closed fracture of tibial shaft, all for closed reduction intramedullary nail fixation static nature. Results： After 8 to 20 months follow-up, all fractures healed, according to Klemm functional recovery of classification criteria, 17 cases of excellent, 3 good. Conclusion： Closed reduction and intramedullary nail is an ideal treatment method of closed fracture of tibial shaft.
