摘　　要：从分析IGBT逆变焊机电磁骚扰的来源及危害入手,结合GB15579.10-2008《弧焊设备第10部分:电磁兼容性(EMC)要求》标准,介绍了采用金属外壳的IGBT逆变焊机要通过EMC测试,应采取哪些措施来减小谐波电流、电源端子骚扰电压,并提出了具体可行的解决方案。This thesis,with the analyses on the sources and harmfulness of IGBT inverter welder electromagnetic disturbance,and introduces some viable solutions to reduce harmonic current and mains terminal disturbance voltage for IGBT inverter welder with metal shell,inaccordance with in the national standard GB15579.10-2008 ＂ Part 10：Arc welding equipment—EMC requirements＂.
