摘 要:为了同步实时采集焊接过程中的各种信号,以进一步研究信号之间的相互关系以及对焊接过程的反映,提高焊接稳定性,本研究采用VC++动态链接库(DLL)技术开发了焊接过程同步实时多信息采集系统,详细介绍了同步实时多信号采集系统的实现原理、硬件系统的组成与构建和软件部分的程序编制与参数设置。铝合金脉冲MIG焊过程信号具有较好的代表性,故以此为例在该平台上进行实验,结果表明:该数据采集系统能实时同步反映焊接过程各信号的变化情况,为研究各种信号的相互关系以及对焊接过程的反映,进一步提高焊接稳定性并进行机理研究提供了一个有效的平台。For the simultaneous real-time acquisition of multi signals of welding process to research the relationship between the various signals and the influence of the changes on the arc welding process and working mechanism of the arc welding process further and improve the stability of are welding process,a synchronous acquisition system of multi signals has been developed base on VC++ DLI,.The details of the components and setup of the hardware system and programming and parameter configuration of software system has been introduced in this paper.Take the aluminum alloy pulsed MIG welding process with a better representation of complexity of are wehting signals as an example shows that the system could provide an efficient platform to research the relationship between the signals and the influence of the changes on the welding process and improve the stability of arc welding process.
