摘 要:介绍了分子影像学的概念、原理及其与传统影像学的区别,阐述了其在疾病早期诊断、治疗方面所表现出的重要价值和对人类健康的巨大意义。以分子影像技术的3大要素:分子探针、信号放大、探测技术为主线,全面分析了核医学分子影像技术、磁共振分子影像技术以及光学分子影像技术在临床应用和基础研究方面的现状和进展,指出了分子影像学在几个重大研究领域里所展示出来的发展前景和需要着力解决的难点问题。The concept and principles of molecular imaging and the difference between molecular imaging and traditional medical imaging are introduced. The important value of molecular imaging in early diagnosis and treatment of disease is described, and the great significance of molecular imaging for human health is also discussed. Following the main line, that is the three main factors of molecular imaging such as molecular probe, signal amplification and probe technology, the present situation and development for clinical application and basic research of nuclear medicine molecular imaging, magnetic resonance molecular imaging and optical molecular imaging are analyzed comprehensively. The development prospects of molecular imaging in some major research areas and the difficult problems are also pointed out.
