摘　　要：目的:研制一套便携式高频氩束凝固止血器,用于战伤及突发事件创伤性应急止血抢救,有效地解决卫生装备器械止血,提高野战医疗机构机动能力及部队战斗力。方法:采用微电子技术、单片机自动控制技术、程控高频开关电源新技术及氩气稳压稳流控制技术,多项高新技术应用于氩束凝固止血器,实现了氩气高频止血设备便携小型化。结果:止血器符合设计指标要求,适合机动医疗分队进行现场应急救治止血和野外创伤应急救治处置。结论:便携式高频氩束凝固止血器具有良好可靠的止血效果。Objective To develop a set of portable high-frequency argon-beam coagulatory haemostat to stanch bleeding for battlefield wound or traumatic emergencies, which can enhanee mobility and combat effectiveness of medical facilities in battlefield, Methods In order to realize portability for high-frequency argon-beam cuagulatoly devices, several high technologies were applied, including microelectronic technology, MCU automatic control technology, new technology of program-controlled high-frequency power switch and technology of argon-beam control for pressure and flow stability. Results The portable high-frequency argon-beam coagulatory haemostat conformed with the design requirements. It was also suitable for the mobile medical units to perform on-site emergency medical treatment for homeostasis and field trauma emergency treatment. Conclusion The portable high-frequency argon-beam coagulatory haemostat is excellent and reliable.
