摘　　要：目的:为医院购置经济实用的医疗设备,尽量降低综合成本,着力提高设备的经济效益。方法:论证选购设备时遵循6项原则,即为设备提供合适的工作环境、加强维修保养、做到高效使用、实施资源共享及完善报废程序等。结果:该原则降低了综合成本,提高了设备的经济效益。结论:加强设备全程管理是提高设备经济效益的必由之路。Objective To purchase economical and practical medical equipment for tile hospital and decrease the full economic costs and improve the economic benefits of medical device as well.Methods When demonstrating purchasing medical equipment, six rules had to be observed, such as providing appropriate working environment for the equipment, strengthening the maintenance and service, carrying out resource sharing, making use of equipment efficiently and improving the scrapping procedure, Results The general cost was lowered and the economic benefit of medical device was improved. Conclusion To reinforce the whole course management of medical device is the only way to improve the economic benefits.
