果蝇复壮初探与保种技巧

摘　　要：探讨了跨地域引进野生型黑腹果蝇复壮原保种果蝇的方法与保种技巧。果蝇保种过程中,常年多代近亲繁殖品质已退化明显,通过跨地域引种与原种杂交,结合后代选优,以期改良原种品质。实验结果表明所选后代较原保种果蝇世代周期缩短、繁殖力明显提高。同时就果蝇的保种技巧做了进一步探讨。In this study, rejuvenescence of original pure lines of fruit fly was discussed by introducing wild D. malanogaster. During maintaining the laboratory populations of different lines, depression took place due to inbreeding. In order to improve the inbreeding depression intercrosses between the laboratory populations and the introduced lines were done and their offspring were screened by artificial selection. The results showed that the laboratory populations have shorter generation period and higher reproductive capacity than the original laboratory lines.
