摘 要:近十几年来,自然资源的开发利用不断扩大,城乡经济建设飞速发展,洪涝灾害出现的频率及其造成的损失也不断地增加。快速、准确、科学地模拟、预测灾害影响范围,对防洪减灾具有重要意义。根据洪灾演进的水力学特性,重点探讨了基于数字地球的格网模型构建、"体积法"洪水淹没范围计算以及逐次扩大范围的渐进递归算法,最后综合上述方法实现了基于数字地球的位置无关的洪灾演进模型及其表现。Over the last decade,natural resource exploitation and utilization expands constantly and the economics of urban and rural develop rapidly.The frequency of flood disasters and the resulting losses are increasing.Rapid,accurate and scientific simulations to predict the impact scope of flood disasters are of great significance on the flood control and disaster mitigation.According to the hydraulic characteristics of flood routing,this paper does a deep research and a thorough discussion of the grid modeling based on digital earth,"volume method" flood submerged area calculations,as well as the scope expanded successive incremental recursive algorithm.Finally,the digital earth based position-independent flood routing model and its visualization are realized through the above methods.
