摘　　要：随着资本市场的发展与完善,债权让与制度存在的问题也日益突出,近年来,债权人更加重视利用其财产属性,充分发挥其流通性,以通过债权证券化的形式进行有效的融资,为此,笔者从我国债权让与制度的现状入手,分析债权让与制度发展的客观规律及存在的问题,提出完善债权让与制度的构想,使我国的债权让与制度与国际化接轨。With the development of capital markets and improvement,creditor＇s rights so that the problems with the system are also increasingly prominent.In recent years,creditors pay more attention to the use of their property attributes;give full play to its liquidity through debt securitization in the form of effective financing.To this end,the author claims to and from our present situation of the system analysis and system claims to objective laws of development and existing problems,put forward a sound claim to the idea and system,so that China＇s claims to the international technology and systems integration.
