摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对桂林市150名老年人参加体育锻炼的相关情况进行调查,旨在获取桂林市老年人参加体育锻炼的第一手数据资料并进行统计分析,从而提出相应的对策,为进一步推进全民健身计划的实施,培养老年人健康的生活方式,实现对老年人体育锻炼的有效管理、指导和决策,提供相应的参考。By the use of a questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, the authoress investigated 150 old people＇s physical training in Guilin in order to obtain the firsthand data and make statistical analysis, propose appropriate countermeasures, and provide the corresponding reference for promoting the implementation of the national fitness program, developing a healthy lifestyle of older people, achieving the effective management and guidance of old people＇s physical training.
