摘　　要：不停输带压开孔封堵技术共有5个关键施工环节:施工前准备、焊接球型管件或对开三通、管线开孔截断、管线不停输封堵和下塞堵(回填)。关键作业设备为:开孔钻机、封堵钻机、下堵器。该项技术近年来在国内多家油气田长输管道维修、改造中得到较大范围推广和应用。多次现场工程应用证明:该项技术实用效果良好、适用管径范围广、施工受场所限制小、施工周期短、不动火切割、安全风险小、成本低,有着良好的发展前景。The technology of holing and sealing on nonstop pressured transportation pipeline includes five important parts which are preparation ,jointing of round pipeline accessories or annular, holing, sealing and backfill. The important machines are the holing machine, the sealing machine, the fill-back machine. The technology is more and more widely applied and popularized in many projects of maintenance and alteration of long-distance oil pipeline in many domestic oilfields. This technology has proved to be practical and safe and characterstic of a broad application arrange, small site-specific constraints, a short construction duraton, fireless cutting,low risks,low costs and a good development prospect.
