一株不发酵乳糖致病性大肠杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：从广东某珍珠鸡场发病死亡的初产珍珠鸡肝脏中分离到一株细菌,经培养特性与生化特性观察,以致病性试验和血清型鉴定,结合其16S rRNA序列分析,判定其为大肠杆菌。这是一株不发酵乳糖的致病性大肠杆菌。A strain of bacterium was isolated from the liver of dead primiparity guinea fowl in Guangdong. The culture characteristics, chemical characteristics, pathogenic and serotype detection showed that the isolated strain was Escherichia coli, 16S rRNA sequencing result supported this conclusion. The results demonstrated that the strain was pathogenic Escherichia coli which did not ferment lactose.
