对福安市城区生态景观建设的初步构想与建议

摘　　要：针对福安市建设生态型工业港口城市的发展思路,提出了城市建设以城区生态景观建设、交溪生态走廊的保护和建设为核心,分阶段逐步实现园林、环保、人文整体协调、区域生态一体化五大目标及在城区生态景观建设中实施"五大工程",抓紧抓好"一轴、一区、二洋、一走廊"建设,努力构建人与自然和谐发展的生态福安的初步构想.对生态景观建设组织和实施工作有针对性地提出了几点建议.In accordance with a developmental idea for building Fu＇an City into eco-typed industrial porter city, the paper proposes to take urban ecological landscape construction and ecological corridor protection as a core, and to realize 5 objectives＇ integration among landscape, environmental protection, cultural coordination and regional ecological consideration. With regard to urban eco-landscape construction, the paper suggests a preliminary conception to construct an ecological Fu＇ an with harmonious development between man and nature. Meanwhile it puts forward several ideas particular for organizing and implementing eco-landscape construction in detail.
