摘　　要：简要分析了唐山农网系统无功运行存在的主要问题,提出了努力提高各县电力局区域电网功率因数,以及无功补偿容量的选取、无功补偿设备的运行及投切原则、调度监控画面的信息、数据采集要求,剖析了供电部门积极开展无功电压管理宣传培训工作及设计审查的必要性。This paper analyzes briefly the main problems of reactive power operation in Tangshan rural eleetrie network ; proposes the power factor improvement, the seleetion of reactive power compensation capacity, the operation and switching principle of reactive power compensation equipment, the information on dispatehing and monitoring frame as well as data acquisition etc. , in each coun ty＇s electric bureau regional electric network. The necessity for power supply department to actively carry out propaganda and training about reactive power and voltage control as well as design review is analyzed.
