摘 要:目前,金融危机席卷全球,我国政府也在以积极的措施应对挑战,其中最重要的一点便是扩大内需。住房公积金作为住房消费的推动力之一,在国务院、建设部的意见指引下,充分发挥其作用,支持保障性住房建设责无旁贷。本文从多角度对住房公积金支持保障性住房建设项目贷款的必要性和可行性进行了分析,并在此基础上,结合现状提出了目前所存在的问题,适时地提出了改善的建议,以期对业界有所裨益。Right now, The Financial Crisis is sweeping all around the world, China' s government is taking active measures to react to the challenge, the most important is to increase domestic demand. To be one of the impetus of housing consumer, under the guide of the State Council and Ministry of Construction, playing a role adequately and supporting the instruction of indemnificatory housing is house fund's unshirkable responsibility. The article analyzes the necessity and feasibility for the instruction of indemnificatory housing from the support of house fund from various angles, put a question to the present situation, and gives suggestions duly, expects some subservience in thisaspect.
