摘　　要：首次从网络通信协议的思路出发,在混沌脉冲同步的启发下,提出了一种新型的混沌协议同步技术,并加以改进,从而解决了混沌数字保密通信的关键技术难题;然后应用混沌协议同步技术,构建成了一个基于协议同步的网络混沌语音保密通信系统,验证了此技术的可行性。Based on consideration of network communication protocol and enlightened by chaotic impulsive synchronization, a novel technology of chaotic protocol synchronization is proposed and further modified, thus solving the key technical difficulties of chaotic digital secure communication. Then by applying the technology of chaotic protocol synchronization, a network chaotic speech secure communication system based on protocol synchronization is constructed. The simulation result has proved the feasibility of the proposed technology.
