摘  要:采用正交组合回归设计试验方法研究了不同温度亚温淬火对25MnV钢抗拉强度和硬度的影响,分析了该钢亚温淬火后的组织。结果表明:25MnV钢经亚温淬火后,得到极细的板条状马氏体组织;830℃淬火时,马氏体板条之间分布着条状的铁素体;在810~830℃温度范围内,随淬火温度升高,该钢的强度和硬度升高,830℃亚温淬火的强度、硬度最好。The effect of sub-temperature quenching at different temperature on the tensile strength and hardness of 25MnV steal was investigated by orthogonal regressive principle. The mierostrueture of the steel after sub-temperature quenching was analyzed. The results indicate that the very fine lath martensite of 25MnV steel was obtained by sub-temperature quenching. The strip ferrite was distributed between martensite laths as the steel quenched at 830℃. In the temperature range of 810 to 830 ℃, the strength and hardness of the steel were increased along with the increasing of the quenching temperature. The best tensile strength and hardness could obtain in 25MnV steel when sub-temperature quenched at 830 ℃.
