摘 要:利用喷射共沉积、热挤压、轧制工艺制备了SiC_p/2024铝基复合材料轧板,通过OM、SEM、TEM及XRD等手段研究了该复合材料轧制态和热处理态的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:SiC_p/2024复合材料坯经热挤压及轧制变形后,组织细小均匀,晶粒尺寸为2~3μm,SiC颗粒均匀地分布于基体中,原尺寸较大的SiC颗粒发生破碎,呈钝化形貌;经490℃固溶1 h及170 ℃时效8 h处理后,该复合材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为480 MPa,358 MPa和6.4%;基体合金中弥散分布的S′(Al_2CuMg)相为其固溶时效处理后的主要沉淀强化相。The SiCp/2024 Al matrix composite rolling plates were prepared by spray deposition, rolling after hot extrusion. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite in the as-rolled and heat treatment conditions were investigated by OM, SEM, TEM and XRD methods. The results show that the composite rolling plate presented the fine and homogeneous grain structure, the grain size was about 2 3 t,m, SiC particles were distributed uniformly in the alloy matrix. The large SiC particles were fractured and SiC particles of wedge angle blunt were obtained. The mechanical properties of the composite after by the heat treatment of 490 ℃ × 1 h solid solution and 170 ℃ × 8 h aging were ultimate tensile strength 480 MPa, yield strength 358 MPa and elongation 6.4%, respectively. The mainly precipitation strengthening phase after heat treatment was S' (Al2CuMg) phase distributed uniformly in the alloy matrix.
