摘 要:通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪分析纳米TiO2在陶瓷材料与NiCoCrAl黏结层激光重熔等离子喷涂结合界面的扩散现象,并对纳米TiO2在陶瓷涂层中的作用机理进行探讨。结果表明:激光重熔过程中,纳米TiO2充当了陶瓷材料增韧介质与导热介质的角色,在起到微裂纹增韧陶瓷材料作用的同时,将激光高能束产生的热量均匀传递给周围Al2O3,并由于自身的熔化而起到黏结相的作用,使陶瓷涂层更加均匀致密;陶瓷材料中的纳米TiO2明显向界面结合侧扩散偏聚并发生化学反应,实现陶瓷涂层与黏结层材料的化学结合。The characteristics of the nano-sized TiO2 in the interface of laser-remelted ceramic material and NiCoCrAl bond coating were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersion spectrometer (EDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The action mechanism of nano-sized TiO2 in the ceramic coating was studied as well. The results show that nano-TiO2 act as the medium that increases tenacity and conducts heat for ceramic material. With the micro-cracks increasing tenacity for ceramic material, the nano-sized TiO2 transferred the heat which was generated by high-energy laser beam to its surrounding Al2O3 simultaneous. Owing to its own melting, nano-sized TiO2 acted as bond phase, which made ceramic coating more compact. The nano-sized TiO2 in ceramic materials concentrated to the interface side and reacted with them, which implement chemical bonding between ceramic coating layer and bond coating.
