摘  要:目的探讨免疫组织化学图像定量分析的最佳光度学指标,并对其测量方法及影响因素进行分析,以提高图像分析的精度。方法运用图像分析软件,建立统一的图像采集、分割及处理标准,对青年、老年大鼠海马CA3区突触素的平均光密度、积分光密度进行测量。结果青年组与老年组大鼠海马CA3区突触素积分光密度较平均光密度差异性更为显著。结论积分光密度与平均光密度相比将面积因素考虑在内,测量物质含量结果更为准确。Objective To evaluate the best luminance parameters on the quantitative image analysis of immunohistochemical staining,and analyze the methods of measuring and correlative factors,in order to improve the measurement precision. Methods Unified picture collected,processed and dispose standard established from image analysis software were used to measure the average optical density,integral optical density of hippocampal's CA3 area synapses for young and old. Results The integral optical density of hippocampal's CA3 area had more significant difference than the average optical density in young and old. Conclusion Compared with the average optical density,integral optical density has much more accurate results about measuring the content of some substances.
