软通道微创穿刺引流治疗高血压脑出血

摘　　要：目的探讨软通道微创穿刺治疗脑出血的疗效。方法根据CT显示的血肿位置、形态、大小,确定头皮的穿刺点、方向、角度及深度,置入软通道进入血肿腔,通过抽吸及反复尿激酶液化引流达到清除血肿的目的。结果56例脑出血患者,术后生存48例(85.71%),院内无死亡病例,8例自动出院按死亡病例算,病死率小于14.29%(8/56);出院时按照日常生活活动能力分级标准,本组优良率为67.86%(38/56)。结论软通道能尽快清除血肿,尽早解除脑受压,微创,安全,疗效可靠。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive draining treatment by soft passageway.Methods According to the hematoma position,shape,and magnitude displayed on CT,to decide the furfuraceous puncture position,direction,angle and depth,then insert soft passageway into haematoma cave.By sucking and draining with urokinase colliquation to eliminate the haematoma.Results In 56 cerebral hemorrhage patients,48 patients （85.71%） survived after surgery,no death in duration of hospital stay,8 patients left hospital voluntarily,according to death case data,fatality rate ≦14.29%（8/56）.According to grading standard for daily living activities at discharge time,67.86%（38/56）patients reached superiority rating.Conclusion The soft passageway draining treatment can eliminate the Haematoma as soon as possible and also it can release the compression of the brain promptly.Soft passageway draining treatment is minimally invasive,safe,and the therapeutic effect is reliable.
