摘　　要：目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)与白细胞介素6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的关系。方法随机抽取MS患者195例为MS组,120例健康人群为对照组进行研究,采用ELISA法检测IL-6,用免疫比浊法检测hsCRP。结果MS组血清IL-6[(1.98±0.43)比(1.71±0.61)ng/L,P<0.01]、hsCRP[(0.46±0.14)比(0.19±0.17)mg/L,P<0.05]水平高于对照组;随着MS组分数目增加,IL-6、hsCRP水平均逐渐升高,在调整了年龄后,hsCRP与MS密切相关。结论代谢综合征与炎症密切相关,代谢综合征患者IL-6、hsCRP水平升高。Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of interlukin-6 （IL-6）, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hsCRP） in patients with metabolic syndrome （MS, n= 195）. One hundred and twenty healthy subjects served as control. Methods IL-6 was measured by ELISA and hsCRP was measured by immunoturbidim- etry. Results Serum IL-6 and hsCRP concentration in 195 patients with MS were significantly increased than that of controls [IL 6, MS（1.98-1-0.43） vs control （1.71~0.61） ng/L, P^0.01]; [hsCRP, MS（0.46~0.14） vs con- trol （0. 19＋0. 17） mg/L, P^0.05]. IL-6 and hsCRP concentration increased with the number of abnormal components of MS. After adjusting for age, the association between serum hsCRP and MS remained significant. Conclusion IL-6 and hsCRP are associated with MS. hsCRP level may serve as an important marker of MS suggesting MS may closely relate to inflammation.
