摘　　要：认为目前的矿业用地租赁制不符合中国国情,也将严重损害土地权人的利益。提出从长远看,股份合作是农村矿业用地的首选方式。According to the author,the land leasing system in current use for mining development in the countryside is not in compliance with the actual conditions of this country and it would severely harm the interests of the land owners. The author proposes that a jointstock cooperative system should be the first choice in land use for mining development purposes in the countryside of this country from a long-term perspective.
