磷酸钠盐口服溶液在妇科术前肠道准备中的临床应用与观察

摘　　要：目的探讨磷酸钠盐口服溶液用于妇科手术前的肠道清洁效果和病人耐受性。方法将180例妇科手术需肠道准备的病人,随机分为实验组90例和对照组90例。实验组口服磷酸钠盐口服溶液;对照组采用传统的清洁灌肠法。观察肠道清洁度、病人耐受性、不良反应、水电解质紊乱和术后并发症情况。结果实验组在肠道清洁度、病人耐受性、不良反应方面优于对照组(P<0.01),而两组水电解质紊乱和术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷酸钠盐口服溶液,是一种安全、快捷、有效、耐受性好、副作用低的肠道清洁剂。Objective To investigate the bowel cleaning effect and patient tolerance of sodium phosphate oral solution before gynecologic surgery. Methods 180 cases of such patients were randomly divided into experimental group （90 cases） and control group （90 cases）. Experimental group was treated with sodium phosphate oral solution, the control group using traditional cleaning enema. The intestinal cleanliness, patient tolerance, adverse reactions, water and electrolyte disturbance and post - operative complications were observed. Results The experimental group in the aspect of intestinal cleanliness, patient tolerance, adverse reactions is better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. While in the aspect of water and electrolyte disturbance and post - operative complication rate, two groups was no significant differ- ence （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The sodium phosphate oral solution might be a safe, fast, effective, well tolerated, low side effects intestinal cleansing agent.
