缩宫合剂配合针灸及耳穴贴压治疗药物流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察缩宫合剂配合针灸及耳穴贴压对药物流产的临床疗效。方法将240例药物流产后患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组及对照2组,3组均常规口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇。其中,治疗组采用药物流产的同时,服用缩宫合剂配合针灸及耳穴贴压治疗,对照1组给予缩宫合剂口服,对照2组不做其它治疗。主要观察药物流产后,完全流产率及阴道流血持续时间的变化。结果治疗组在完全流产率及阴道流血持续时间方面,其疗效优于对照1组及对照2组(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义。但对照1组在阴道流血持续时间方面优于对照2组(P<0.05)。结论缩宫合剂配合针灸及耳穴贴压治疗药物流产有良好的治疗效果及广泛的应用前景。Objective To observe the curative effect of suogong decoction combined with acupuncture and aucicular point sticking therapy. Methods 240 patients who have taken mifepristone and misoprostol were randomly divided into 3 groups. The treatment group is treated with suogong decoction and acupuncture and auricular point sticking therapy. The control group 1 is treated with suogong decoction. The control group 2 is blank. Results The rate of complete abortion and bleeding time in treatment group is much better than 2 control groups （ P 〈 0.05）. the bleeding time in control group 1 is better than group 2 （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of suogong decoction with acupuncture and auric- ular point sticking therapy might have better curative effect than western medicine.
