摘　　要：目的探讨超声在浅表淋巴结良恶性鉴别中的价值。方法对46例病人的68个淋巴结的二维超声、彩色血管模式及血管阻力进行分析,并与活检及病理诊断进行比较。结果良恶性淋巴结鉴别,3项指标联合准确率达86.7%。结论超声联合检测各项指标,可提高对浅表淋巴结良恶性鉴别。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in differentiating superficial malignant and benign lymph nodes. Methods 68 lymph nodes obtained from 46 patients were evaluated by gray - scale ultrasound, colour Doppler flow imaging and resistant index. These results were contrast with biopsy and pathologic diagnosis. Results In differen- tiation malignant from benign lymphadenopathy, three indicators combined the accuracy were 86.7 %. Conclusion United multiple indexes could improved differential diagnosis rate of superficial lympha nodes by ultrasound.
