国产奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶-甲酰四氢叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶一甲酰四氢叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法经病理或细胞学证实的Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期大肠癌患者21例，给予奥沙利铂135mg／m2，d1静滴；甲酰四氢叶酸钙（CF）200mg／m2，d1～5静滴，5-Fu300mg／m2，d1～5静滴。结果21例患者中，部分缓解7例，稳定8例，进展6例，总效率为33．3％。主要的毒副反应为消化道症状和感觉神经毒性，绝大多数患者耐受良好。结论奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶一甲酰四氢叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌疗效确切，患者耐受良好，值得推广。Objective To observe the side effect and effect in patients of advanced colorectal cancer who were receiving chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin and 5 - fluororacil - CF. Methods The 21 patients of advanced colorectal cancer were verified by cytology or pathology. Oxaplatin 135 mg/m2, dl iv drip, CF 200 mg/m2 dl - 5 iv drip, 5 - fluororacil 300 rag/m2 dl - 5 iv drip. Results The cases of partial remission, stabilize and advance in 21 patients were 7, 8 and 6. The total efficiency was 33.3 %. The main side effect was digestive symptoms and sensory neurotoxicity. Almost all the patients could tolerate the side effect. Conclusion The effect of this combined treatment to the patients of advanced cotorectal cancer was certain, the tolerance is well and worth to be extended.
