摘　　要：国际银团贷款是当今国际货币市场较为通行的中长期融资方式。本文试图借鉴国际银团贷款的成功经验，对在我国积极推进国内银团贷款进行了探讨，以期发挥金融整体功能，分散和防范贷款风险，解决当前国有大型企业改革中遇到的资金困难与矛盾。International bank syndicate loan is a more popular medium and long-term financingway in the present international money market. Using the successful experiences of theinternational bank syndicate loan, the paper tries to explore the bank syndicate loan beingactively carried out in our country in order to bring into play the financial function as a whole.decentralize and prevent the consequence of loan and solve the difficulty and contradictionspresently encountered in the reform of the state--owned large enterprises.
