木香理气颗粒对大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的:对木香理气颗粒的抗胃溃疡及保护胃黏膜作用进行评价。方法:SD大鼠,雌雄各半,体重180～220g,随机分为对照组、木香理气颗粒低、中、高剂量组、胃乃安组,每组10只,灌胃给药(1ml/100g),每天1次连续14天。对照组给予等容积蒸馏水。采用幽门结扎法、皮下注射消炎痛及浆膜下注射冰乙酸等方法致大鼠胃溃疡,无水乙醇致大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,观察木香理气颗粒的抗胃溃疡及保护胃黏膜的作用。结果:木香理气颗粒对幽门结扎法、皮下注射消炎痛及浆膜下注射冰乙酸等法引起的胃溃疡和无水乙醇所致大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤有抑制作用,差异具有统计学意义。结论:木香理气颗粒有抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。Objective： To evaluate the anti-gastric ulcer activity and protective effects on stomach mucous membrane of Muxiang Liqi Granula. Methods： SD rats, with half of both male and female, and weight between 180 to 220 grams, were randomly divided into five groups： control group, Muxiang Liqi Granula with low, middle or high dose group, Weinaian group. We used intragastric administration once everyday for fourteen days （the control group was given equal volume of distilled water）. The gastric ulcer of rats was individually induced by pyloric ligation, hypodermic injection of indomethacin, injection of glacial acetic acid under the serosa and the acute gastric ulcer of rats was induced by enthanol. The protective effects of Muxiang Liqi Granula on stomach mucous membrane were observed. Results： Muxiang Liqi Granula can inhibit gastric ulcer induced by pyloric ligation, injection of indomethacin, injection of glacial acetic acid under the serosa and acute stomach mucous membrane damage caused by enthanol. Conclusion： Muxiang Liqi Granula has effects of anti-experimental gastric ulcer.
