摘　　要：Xiao Guai,a 20-year-old student at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,loves cycling.If she is heading a reasonable distance, she will always cycle rather than take a taxi or bus.At the beginning of the year,Xiao devised a plan that would be the envy of the adventurous at heart,yet would leave most people shaking their heads.What was her idea? Cycle to Lhasa,in the Tibet Autonomous Region.It would be her longest journey on a bike.小拐是北京中医药大学一名大三的女学生，刚满二十岁。她很喜欢骑自行车，平时出门游玩，只要是不太远的地方，她也总是选择骑车。2009年初，小拐有了一个计划——骑车完成人生的第一次远行，目的地是遥远的拉萨。
