血清胶原代谢指标在评价类风湿病人心肌重构中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿患者血清胶原代谢指标的变化及临床意义。方法选择类风湿患者60例,其中活动组及临床缓解组各30例,对照组30例,用放射免疫法测定血清PICP、PCⅢ水平。结果类风湿活动组血清PICP、PCⅢ高于临床缓解组和对照组,临床缓解组血清PICP、PCⅢ水平也高于对照组,三组间差异有显著性。结论PICP、PCⅢ可反映类风湿患者胶原代谢异常,并对评价心肌重构有一定的作用。Objective To investigate the change of the serum collagen level in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its clinical significance. Methods Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis including 30 patients in an active stage and 30 patients in a remission stage,with 30 subjects as control. The serum levels of PICP and PCIII were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The serum levels of PICP and PCIII in the patients in an active stage were higher than those in a remission stage and control subjects ,and the serum levels of PICP and PCIII in the patients in a remission stage were higher than those in the control subjects. Conclusion The increased serum PICP and PCIII demonstrate the abnormal collagen metabolism in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and play a certain role in evaluating the remolding of the myocardium.
