摘　　要：目的探讨提高经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效的措施。方法对268例行鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术患者的临床资料进行总结。结果268例中随访6个月以上的242例,手术疗效按1997年海口会议标准评定;治愈235例,好转30例,无效3例,有效率98.88%。无严重手术并发症发生。结论术后加强术腔清洁处理,可促进愈合。Objective To improve the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods The clinical data of 268 cases of nasal cavity and nasal sinus diseases treated by endoscopic sinus surgery were summarized. In the 268 cases,242 cases were followed up for over six months. Results In the 268 cases,235 eases were cured,30 were improved and 3 were ineffective,with the effective rate of 98.88% and with no serious operative complication. Conclusion Cleaning the operation cavity after surgery can promote healing.
