摘　　要：该文介绍了上海青草沙水源地工程项目管理信息系统的由来、设计原则以及功能要求,阐述了系统如何通过搭建结构框架来提高项目管理水平,又如何应用J2EE架构来解决平台技术上的难点。The origin of Qingcaosha Project Management Information System (MIS), the principle of design and requirement of its function are summarized. How project management level was improved with this system through setting up its structure frame and difficulties in platform technology were solved by using J2EE structure are expounded.
