摘  要:铅粘弹性阻尼器是作者研制的一种新型复合型阻尼器,由铅芯、粘弹性材料等组成,通过铅芯的塑性变形和粘弹性材料的剪切滞回变形耗能,具有位移相关型阻尼器和速度相关型阻尼器复合特性。根据实际工程的不同需求,先后研究出了铅橡胶阻尼器、组合式铅橡胶阻尼器、铅粘弹性阻尼器和钢铅粘弹性阻尼器等。该文介绍了上述阻尼器的耗能原理、构造和特点,对不同类型的铅粘弹性阻尼器进行了滞回性能试验,研究结果表明:该种阻尼器具有较好的耗能能力、大变形能力和抗疲劳性能。采用双线性模型、双线性-RO模型和Bouc-wen模型对铅粘弹性阻尼器的滞回性能进行了模拟,模拟的滞回曲线与试验所得的滞回曲线吻合的较好。给出了铅粘弹性阻尼减震结构和耗能支撑构件的设计方法。最后,介绍了铅粘弹性阻尼器在部分实际工程中的应用实例。A new type of energy dissipation device, lead viscoelastic damper (LVD), was introduced, which consists of lead core and viscoelastic materials. The LVD dissipates energy through shear strains of the viscoelastic material and compressive deformation or shear deformation of the lead core. Therefore, it combines the characteristics of both displacement-dependent and velocity-dependent dampers. Based on the different demand of the practical engineering structures, the lead rubber damper, the combined rubber damper, the lead viscoelastic damper and the steel-lead viscoelastic damper were developed, and the principle, configuration and characteristics were illustrated. The experiments on different types of dampers were conducted to study the performance of the LVDs. Experimental results show that the LVDs have good seismic energy dissipation capabilities, excellent ductilities and good performance of fatigue resistance. The hysteretic behavior of the LVDs was simulated with bilinear model, Bilinear-RO model and Bouc-wen model, and the simulating results agreed well with the experimental results.The design process of the structure with the LVDs and the LVD were studied. Finally, the practical engineering structures with the LVDs were introduced.
