摘　　要：文章对《水工建筑物抗冰冻设计规范》(SL211-2006)理解和应用中的若干问题进行了讨论,主要包括引水式电站冬季输排冰运行的条件和电站前池布局的合理性。通过具体的工程实例,笔者对规范中的上述问题提出了自己的看法,供设计、研究人员参考。This paper discusses the comprehension and application of some issues in Code for Design of Hydraulic Structures against Ice and Freezing Action （SL211--2006）. It mainly includes the conditions for Ice--Sluicing Structures of using the Diversion Canal Type of Hydroelectric Power Stations and the layout rationality of Power plant fore bay. Through some specific project examples, the author put forward some own opinions about the above issues in the Code and provide some references to the designers and researchers.
