摘　　要：伴随着遗嘱继承发展历程的,是既促进个人意志自由又促进家庭、社会利益和谐发展的衡平理念。当代社会,遗嘱继承的衡平机制包括:在保障遗嘱自由的前提下,通过对家庭成员利益的救济,通过对社会公共利益的关注,最终实现个人、家庭和社会之间的利益平衡,实现法律所追求的公平正义。Along with the will succession change are the concept of equity which promotes not only individual freedom but also the harmonious development between family and social interests. In modern times , Under the premise of protection a will of freedom ,the mechanisms of interests equity ultimately achieves the interests of equity between the individual, family and society and social justice pursued by the law considering the interests relief of family members and social and public interests.
